I purchased my residential Shapell home in 1990. Recently, I discovered that a clean out line for my main sewer does not exist. All other home up and down my street on both sides have one. My home is in Milpitas,California and is in the Hillcrest Villas. It seems that this was an oversight during construction of my home. Can you put one in for me?
